Born and raised in Tokyo, we traveled the world, lived in the United States — and somehow, we found ourselves here. In Minami Uonuma, a quiet town in Niigata, nestled between mountains and deep winter snow.

What we discovered here was far richer than we imagined. Crystal-clear water, vast rice fields swaying in the wind, the beauty of four seasons — and above all, the warmth of the people who welcomed us in.

We moved here during the pandemic, an uncertain time for everyone. Yet the people of Minami Uonuma embraced us quietly and wholeheartedly. It is that warmth we want to give back — to share the beauty of this place with the world.

Colin is also a ski instructor, and we are happy to offer lessons for beginners and children during winter. Our goal is to create a place where you feel: "I want to come back here again."

コロナ禍という難しい時期に移住した私たちを、南魚沼の人々はそっと、あたたかく受け入れてくれました。その恩返しがしたい。この土地の素晴らしさを、世界中の人々に伝えたい。——そんな想いから生まれた場所です。

Colinはスキーインストラクターでもあり、冬には初心者やお子さま向けのレッスンもお受けしています。私たちが目指しているのは、「またここに帰ってきたい」と感じてもらえる体験です。
